9.0I liked the location, walking shower, fittings and security. The privacy is the room is superb. The staff were also friendly a d manager was very supportive. He ensured all minor issues experienced with water and connectivity was addressed immediately he received the query. The elevator is secured and doors or stairs very secured. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone wishing to stay in a secured apartment away from home.
− These are not things I didn't like but are recommendations for improvement. The bin in the room is too small and needa to be placed in one of the storage spaces in the kitchen. The freezer needs to be replaced with a bigger one for residents who likes to cook. Storing frozen and nkn-frozen goods is not possible with the size of fridge in the room. Our ice creams were all defrosted when put in the freezer. A bigger sofa should be put in the rooms as in other similar properties around OSU. I would appreciate if the elevator and doors are secured with face recognition in the future. I got locked out twice each time I go outside my apartment without the key. I had to call my partner to help me unlock the doors.
