A központban elhelyezkedő apartman összességében megfelelt az elvárásainknak.

Udvarias házigazda fogadott. Elektromos kis autóval bevitt bennünket az apartmanhoz. A parkolóhely könnyen megközelíthető pár perces sétával. Abszolút a központban helyezkedik el a szállás, 50m-re a tengertől. A szoba ablakai valóban a tengerre néznek. A ház előtt kávézó, szemben élelmiszerüzlet. Rengeteg étterem a parton és a sikátorokban. Rovinj az egyik legnépszerűbb Horvátországi úticél. Sokadszor voltunk itt és valószínűleg visszatérünk.

− Az ágyon a matrac jobb fele már nem tölti be rendesen a funkcióját, besüpped. Véleményem szerint cserélni kellene.

Fantastic location to be right amongst the action in Rovinj.

Parking was an available for a small daily fee just 5 mins away by electric cart. Luna picked us up at the car park and drove us to the front door which is right in the main square of Rovinje. Location was 1st class. The window system is excellent and would stop the late night noise from downstairs. A large king-size bed was comfortable and the kitchen had everything you needed for small meals and the washing machine a real bonus. Our contact Ivan was quick to respond to any query via WhatsApp. Room is situated below the balcony in the photo.

− Given the location, I think any complaint about the decor would be inappropriate but perhaps a few modern changes would be good looking forward. But, I stress, everything functioned well.

There was some communication confusion because our esim card didn't work but some neighbors called and pickup shuttle from the parking lot was quick. Our bags were carried up the narrow step steps (natural since the building is old.) The door was open to reveal a stunning studio. As an interior decorator, I give it a A++. Large windows gave a splendid view to the main square, marina and water. During the late afternoon, beautiful music was heard includ. violin, bass and flute. You could hear some noise even with the curtains shut, but it was muted. There is a grocery directly across from the apt.

− Could have a corner shelf or rack in shower to hold shampoo. Didn't understand why there was an ashtray in a non-smoking room.

Phenomenal, will be back for sure

The hosts were just phenomenal and very flexible. We had to change check in time twice because of our long drive and they were very accommodating. Location is just priceless, could not be any better.
