Bei Ankunft kein Schlüssel vorhanden, nachtelefoniert, nach sehr langem Warten kam der Schlüssel und dann die böse Überraschung ! Unterkunft war nach der letzten Buchung nicht gereinigt, war wohl schon etwas länger her ! Essensreste noch vorhanden, standen wohl schon länger, nicht gesäubert, Betten nicht gemacht Geschirrspüler voll. Vermittlungsbüro kann noch vieles lernen was gute Kommunikation mit Kunden bedeutet. Eine Nacht musste meine Familie in einer Ersatzunterkunft verbringen und anstatt eine Reduzierung des Preises zu erhalten durften wir uns "freuen" 40 € erlassen zu bekommen, welche wir bis heute nicht haben. Das beste zum Schluss wir haben genügend Fotos gemacht und sind sehr enttäuscht für soviel Geld so viel schlechtes zu bekommen. Für uns kommt diese Unterkunft nicht noch einmal in Frage.
