1.0− It was loud (little privacy) and the kitchen was full of rubbish and dirty dishes. There were no towels. The internet was slow. The owner refused to provide me with an invoice.

− 在booking聯繫不到人，需要打電話才行，房間打掃到一半的感覺，灰塵沒有掃起來，烤箱有吃到一半的食物，有洗衣機但不提供洗衣粉

− 1. Flecken auf dem Bett und Sofa 2. Zweite Mietwohnung war nicht im selben Haus, weder noch in der selben Straße 3. Check in war erst um 14 Uhr, obwohl online auf Booking.com angezeigt wurde, dass wir um 0 Uhr einchecken können 4. Das Personal war leider auch unhöflich jedes Mal wenn ich angerufen habe
