− Our ensuite shower was broken, couldn’t use it. Very disappointed and inconvenient. 6 people had to use one shower.

8.0Location size multiple sitting areas. Pool and spa. Beautiful furniture.
− No fly screens. Unable to open most windows. Cobwebs on outside. Cutlery a little low in volume.
Great house but not good value when you can’t access free to air TV or use the spa

− No free to air TV. No instructions about how to use the TV. Spa heater did not work on the first night, which was our only opportunity to use the pool. I called the after hour support team and received a female who was very unhelpful. She suggested I call back in the morning. It is not my job to call back if a property facility is not working - she should have arranged for someone to call me back. I had a family wedding to organise and attend the following day and did not have time to call back. The during hours support of Callum was excellent however - he provided excellent customer service
