10.0Très bonne communication avec Stefano. Son logement est très confortable et près de tous les services. Si vous êtes randonneurs sur la Via Francigena ou autre, c'est l'endroit idéal où il faut s'arrêter pour refaire le plein d'énergie.

Excellent accommodations close to the town center.
10.0The accommodations were clean, spacious, and well-maintained. At some point in the recent past, the apartment was remodeled, including new appliances and air conditioning (which I'm told is rare for Italy). It has large windows facing south that let in sunlight and make the apartment cheery and bright. The windows also have blackout curtains, so the lights from the street will not bother your sleep. Also, the area is very quiet at night. The location was perfect. It was a short walk to the town's main plaza with many bars, restaurants, and shops nearby. Our favorite bar, "My Bar," was just steps outside the door (great Italian coffee and pastries). Our hosts were very accommodating, gracious, and kind. They made sure we had everything we needed for a very pleasant stay and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. I would highly recommend L'appartamentino if you need a place to stay in Montefiascone.

9.0The place is very nice, has everything you need, quiet, good location in walking distance from the center. Good place to stay if you are by car and want to enjoy lake Bolsena or the sea.
− The parking space can be a problem but still you can find a space within a walking distance (300 metri).
