3.0Conveniently located near our concert.
− The description did not match the house. This is a 2 bedroom house with a couch in the living room and couch in the basement. There is only 1 full bathroom and a half bath in the basement. The toilet seats were broken. The house smelled like mildew and mold. The yard has been neglected. We were only in town for a concert so we didn’t spend much time out there anyway.
Deceptive listing in terms of bedrooms

− It is a 2 bedroom not a 4 as advertised. I was told it was a 3 after I had booked but it isn’t even that- it is 2 bedrooms and 2 living rooms with couches- there is no third queen bed or separate room. I was ok with a 3 bedroom but not a 2.

6.0There were lots of extra appliances in the kitchen that were a nice touch. Good location close to stores and right outside of Newport and Cincinnati.
− We booked believing it would be 4 bedrooms but we were told it was 3 after booking and then we got there and it was only 2. I’m not sure if the basement was included as a bedroom though. There were wrappers, used glasses, half empty card games, etc around the house. No lamps. Incredibly squeaky beds. The lawn was overgrown and not maintained. It was hard to get a comfortable temperature in the home as well.

− I couldn’t locate a mop and ran out of paper towels in the kitchen but besides that it was great! Very accommodating

− No blankets for everyone just the ones on the main beds. Pull out couches and roll away beds both fell in middle of the night. Ran out of toilet paper.
