9.0A very clean apartment, has all the necessities and is close to some main points, like cafes and restaurants, shopping malls. Parking is available in the garage, but for extra money (10 eur/day).
− The apartment is situated and looks right at a really busy crossroad of two major multilane roads. The soundproofing isn't very good, so you can hear the traffic all the time (and it is loud all the time, even at night time). For people, who can sleep with this "white noise", it's not an issue. The bathtub isn't the best quality, but you can get the job done.
