6.0La propreté du logement. La taille (très grand). La terrasse est un plus non négligeable. La réactivité de la propriétaire face aux différents problèmes.
− Le bruit ! rue très passante côté chambre, beaucoup de bruit malgré la double fenêtre. Le chien du voisin qui aboie nuit et jour. (On l'entend marcher, courir et aboyer comme si on était dans la même pièce). Manque d'intimité (il manque des volets).

− La casa è abbastanza centrale comoda per i negozi ma leggermente scomoda per l' ingresso un po pericoloso perché sta sulla strada principale!
