Közel a strand, biztonságos parkolás a ház előtt. Csendes nyugodt környék, de étterem és bolt is van a közelben.

Ni jedna klima na tri sobe, ni nemogucnost sporazumevanja jer govori samo grčki i nemački, ni jedna serpa i tiganj na toliki apartman, ni nula komada varjača i normalnih noževa, ni prljavi mop ostavljen, ni otvaranje frižidera i gledanje šta imamo od strane vlasnika, kao i sobe dok nam je spavalo dete, pa ni činjenica da uopšte nije beachfront apartman ne bi bili problem da nije bilo pokušaja vlasnika Chrissomallisa da nas prevari!

− Vlasnik smestaja Chrissomallis je pokusao da nas prevari i pored svega placenog preko Booking.com trazio nam je dodatnih, prvo 266 evra "jer naše dete ima više od tri godine" a onda "105 evra koje će platiti poreza dodatno zbog deteta". Nase dete ima tri godina a medju njegovim pravilima, jasno ispisanim na Bookingu stoji da deca tek od cetvrte godine placaju full smestaj. Prijavili smo Bookingu sta pokusava, oni su nas i zvali i poslali nam mejl u kome stoji da ne treba da platimo nista. Obratili smo se i Konzulatu Srbije u Solunu koji su nas uputili na turisticku policiju ako nastavi da insistira.

The property is located in a small quiet village. Perfect location for rest and relax. No crowd outside, plenty of space to park in front. The beach is 500m away and is very sandy. Water is clean as there is blue flag. Location is very convenient - a nearest restaurant is on the next street and the supermarket is 2 streets away. The property consist of two separate bedrooms and a dining room with kitchen which is perfectly for family with children. It has all the facilities to feel like home. Also it is clean. The host is very friendly and communication with him is easy. Definitely recommend this place.

A Perfect Stay in Peaceful Sozopoli

We had a wonderful stay at very spacious apartment with two bedrooms, bathroom with bathtube, a large air-conditioned living room, two balconys - one facing the street and one overlooking the quiet backyard. The accomodation is well equipped - modern futnitures, a stove, microwave oven, toster, iron, iron board, hair dryer, fridge, washing maschine, kitchen utensils, towels, baby bed and more. The internet connection was excellent—very fast and stable the whole time. Despite Sozopoli is a small, peaceful village, it has wide streets and very few crowds—exactly what we were looking for. There are three nice places to eat within walking distance: a pizza and bougatsa restaurant, a charming Greek taverna just 200 meters away, and a fish tavern set on cliffs above the sea with an amazing view—only 500 meters from the apartment. There's also a small supermarket nearby with everything you might need, from beach essentials to local foods, small shop for local agricultural products s.a. olive oil, bee honey and local fruits and vegetables. A playground for kids is just 150 meters away, which was a big plus for our family. Communication with the owner, Konstantinos, was easy and pleasant. He was very responsive and made sure we felt right at home. Overall, this is a fantastic place for a relaxing vacation, especially if you're traveling with small children. We would definitely recommend it and would love to come back!
