7.0Die gute Lage , stadtnah, ansich, eine schöne Wohnung.Vermieterin sehr freundlich!
− Die Sauberkeit!! , dreckige Toilette, die wir erstmal gereinigt und desinfiziert haben, in der Dusche Schimmel in den Ecken , dreckige Fliesen, Staub und Spinnenweben überall. Die Schubladen in der Küche verdreckt, angelaufenes Besteck. Die Terrasse von Unkraut überwuchert, kaputter Stuhl, verdreckter Grill !

Good for family stay
8.0- great location near park and water, very refreshing in summer - spacious - equipped kitchen - terrace was great to have, it offers reasonable privacy despite being in a park
− - kitchen equipment could use renewal, the pans are not the best and knives were terrible - mattress is super soft, I felt like I'm swimming in it (some people might prefer this type though), the pillows could be better - the place could use some fixes, bathroom door handle was falling out, fortunately we never locked ourselves inside

8.0Zentrale Lage und trotzdem sehr ruhig. Die Kirnitzschtalbahn ist fußläufig erreichbar, mit Gästekarte sogar gratis. Ausladenden konnte man direkt vor der Wohnung. Kostenfreier Parkplatz findet man problemlos in der Nähe.

6.0Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr zentral.
− Wir haben im Rahmen unserer Fahrradtour für 3 Personen eine Übernachtung gebucht und mussten für die 3. Person das Bett selbst bauen und uns das Bettzeug zusammen suchen. Fehler passieren, keine Frage, aber dann beim Rückruf sich nicht entschuldigen, geht nicht.
