− Todo el anuncio en booking es falso. Habitación Suite Deluxe. 39 grados. A pesar de poner en la portada aire acondicionado, hacen publicidad engañosa. En el detalle no lo ponia( me confie). Vistas a la ciudad, otra vez mienten, por un lado patio interior con cables y ropa tendida, por el otro lado a una calle con un garaje taller y mucho ruido. En el aseo la escobilla con muchos restos y la taza con regueras negros. Tengo fotos que acreditan todo esto. La (se hace llamar gerente) señora de contacto con un trato, ante mis quejas, deplorable y soez. Booking no ha estado a la altura. Muchos años trabajando con ellos y lo han solucionado dándome 24€

Positive: Our stay at Matriosca Suites was absolutely amazing from start to finish! The room was beautiful, and the jacuzzi was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. Unfortunately, we couldn’t use it on our first night because of a small issue, but our host, Ilenia, was incredibly kind and had it fixed as soon as she could. As a thoughtful gesture, she even gave us a complimentary bottle of wine, which we truly appreciated. Even before we arrived, we asked if it would be possible to check in before 3:00 PM, and Ilenia kindly accommodated our request. At the end of our stay, our return flight was unexpectedly very late at night after our trip plans changed, so we also asked if a late check-out would be possible. She happily allowed us to stay longer at no extra charge, which made a stressful situation so much easier. She is one of the most accommodating and thoughtful hosts we’ve ever met and honestly deserves more than a 10/10 for her exceptional hospitality. Another lovely touch was the coffee and tea area in the hallway. There was a coffee machine with a great variety of coffee pod flavors to choose from, along with tea and a heater available for guests. It was such a nice and convenient addition to our stay. From the moment you open the front door, you’re welcomed by a beautiful, fresh fragrance that makes the whole place feel warm, luxurious, and inviting. The interior design deserves a special mention. Every detail felt carefully thought out—from the small decorative plants placed throughout the hallway and the room to the modern, stylish aesthetic. The bedroom was especially beautiful. The tiles complemented the entire room perfectly, the unique headboard was a standout feature, and the large round mirror opposite the bed tied everything together beautifully. Everything looked thoughtfully designed and created such a relaxing atmosphere. The suite was spotlessly clean, very well maintained, and exceeded our expectations.
