− Leider war in dem kleineren Zimmer die Matratzen mehr als durch, wäre schön diese zu erneuern

− Bylo to niezalezne od wlasciciela,ale na balkonie byl ul pszczol i nie mozna bylo otworzyc pkna do salonu i sypialni. Trzebaby bylo cos z tym zrobic. Oprocz tego bez zastrzezen

− het appartement heeft op de advertentie een mooiere uitstraling dan in werkelijkheid. De inrichting is summier, eenvoudig en de voorzieningen zijn ook minimaal.

Initially fine then totally disgusted by totally unfair extra charge and unsafe environment.
1.0The location was great - close to everything and fairly quiet
− While the location was perfect and bedrooms fine, I would definitely NOT recommend you stay here! 1.On meeting our host we were told one of the front door security locks was broken and would be fixed very soon - never happened. We didn't complain. 2. The main power point in the kitchen wall depresses through and into the wall cavity when you try and plug in either the Microwave or Kettle meaning we had to move them to another room to use them. We didn't complain but we did alert the host about the it as it could be dangerous. 3. After leaving the apartment as clean if not cleaner than when we first entered and placing all the different types of garbage into the appropriate bins - EXACTLY AS WAS EXPLAINED TO US, we find some days later that we were charged 50Euro for not placing the rubbish in the appropriate bins - JUST NOT TRUE!! We were sent a photo of assorted garbage on a table as 'evidence!' We have written to Booking.com twice explaining this is just NOT how we left the place. NO REFUND we have been told!! 4 If anything we should have gotten a reduction at the start because we did not get what we paid for - a 'safe' apartment! We will continue to pursue for our rightful refund! This is some sort of a SCAM. There are plenty of apartments in Treviso without having to risk this what I am convinced is some sort of a scam. Totally disgusted!!
