Bad stay!!!

It was quiet.

− When we arrived, there was no one to welcome us… we rang the bells, knocked on doors and windows… and waited for an hour on the street because the owners weren’t home, and the contact provided on Booking wasn’t helpful either. Even though we called on Viber and sent messages, nobody answered… even though we had stated our arrival time and respected it!!! In the accommodation, we only found a little girl and an elderly woman who didn’t understand a word of English… so we had to communicate with gestures. In the end, we managed to reach the owners by phone and explain about the key… But that wasn’t all… the apartment wasn’t really like in the pictures. The bathroom was tiny… one square meter… with no space to hang a towel… the sink had no cup for toothpaste and toothbrush… and of course, there were countless ants (it needed to be cleaned before use). Furthermore, the beds were very old and hard, and the pillows—no need to even mention… it felt like sleeping on bricks… a disaster. The windows had never been cleaned… and the kitchen was a complete mess. Sticky, forgotten knives, dust everywhere… and the worst part—bugs in the cutlery drawer… disgusting. Literally, everything had to be washed with detergent before being touched. The windows in the room were half bricked up so no light could enter… horrible… I would never come again… a total disaster!!!
