7.0Well renovated interior with modern furnishings. Fully equipped kitchen. Garden was also properly landscaped with decking and tables to enjoy the outdoors.
− Property was located on the main road but this wasn't a problem as we didn't noticed the noise from the road.
Adequate, but renters be advised. The owner offered us no small discount for the electrical outage or lack of internet.
5.0Clean, updated, near the beach, and walkable if you are able.
− One toilet/shower/sink for 3 people is a stretch. Thank God we had no teenagers. We brushed our teeth & washed our hands in the kitchen if someone was in the bathroom/shower. 6 people would require bathroom appointments. The unit is 20 yards from the busy Nepean Hwy, and we were off-season. The occupants of the rwo bedrooms facing the HWY slept with noise-canceling headphones. The foreshore/beach is only 30 yards away, but it requires running/timing across a busy HWY. Otherwise, you walk 400 yards in either direction to a traffic light. The Internet was unreliable, and the electrical was quirky. Don't run the washer and microwave at the same time. It's an average deal for 3 on a budget, but no more.
