Magnificient ocean view, complete privacy in a small cosy house

Unprecedented level of privacy. There are absolutely no people within ~100 m radius. The (~80 m) road leading to the house is *your* private road. No other cars, zero, nada. Impressive ocean view. The sun sets behind Faial (the next island, some 10-12 km from Pico). Some sunsets are unforgettable. If you love nature and quietness, you'll also give the location 10 out of 10. Private parking space next to the house is large enough for 2 cars to drive in and out "independently". The house is small, but still quite sufficient for 3 people, and sufficient for 4.

− With emphasis on how it *looks*, many minor things could be improved in how things *work* in the house. You have to "struggle" with the door lock sometimes for a minute. Bathroom door handle just slipped away from the axle. Not a big deal, fixing it would take 15 seconds (to tighten 1 screw). Although the house has a surprisingly decent (and big!) cooking stove (cooker) with an oven, the only frying pan was too small, only enough to fry 4 eggs.

Wer die Ruhe sucht ist hier perfekt aufgehoben.

Die Hanglage mit Blick auf den Atlantik und die Nachbarinsel ist atemberaubend. Es ist absolut still dort und nachts gibt es bei freiem Himmel einen unglaublichen Blick in den Sternenhimmel. Das Haus selbst ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail und mit allem ausgestattet was es für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht. Auch in der Küche fehlt es an nichts. Und auch die Kommunikation und der Service waren perfekt. Sogar ein vergessenes Ladekabel fand ganz unkompliziert den Weg zurück in die Heimat.

− An der Unterkunft gab es nichts auszusetzen. Und das wechselhafte Wetter muss man auf den Azoren immer einplanen ;-)

A modern wooden house with a stunning ocean view and all the necessary facilities. A quiet, private, and hidden from public view location with no neighbors nearby. Polite and helpful host. I recommend this accommodation.

Pico terrace is a perfect place for a couple to hide away on the side of a mountain on the island of Pico. Stunning views of the Atlantic and the island of Faial. Very private. We spent the Christmas holiday in the cabin. Very cozy on a couple of windy rainy nights. Débora was the perfect host. Checking in to make sure our stay was pleasant. We would stay here again

− Une literie pas très confortable pour nous. Une petite salle de douche ....la cuisine équipée sommairement.
