3.0Es gibt keinen Kontakt zum Vermieter. Beim Boxspringbett fehlte der Topper daher war das Bett so hart wie der Boden. Das Laminat war schlecht verlegt und stellte ein Verletzungsrisiko dar. Der Dauerfilter der Kaffeemaschine war total verschmutzt. Der Spülkasten der Toilette war defekt. Im ganzen nicht wirklich sauber.

8.0Apartma je prijetno in praktično opremljen s pogledom na mirno dvorišče. Ločen je od drugih apartmajev. Okolica je mirna in tiha.
− Vonj v apartmaju je spominjal na kletne prostore. Vzmetnica je smrdela po zatohlem in kavč v dnevnem prostoru tudi. Zračenje ni pomagalo.
