10.0¡Una estancia estupenda! El hotel está muy cerca de Gran Vía y tiene una ubicación excelente, ya que se puede ir andando a muchos de los lugares más importantes de Madrid. El hotel está genial, todo muy limpio y cuidado, y las habitaciones son muy cómodas y están en perfectas condiciones. Quiero destacar especialmente la amabilidad de Belén en recepción, que fue muy atenta y encantadora con nosotros. Al día siguiente también nos atendió otra chica de recepción, que fue igualmente muy amable y agradable. Sin duda, un hotel totalmente recomendable por su ubicación, limpieza, comodidad y, sobre todo, por el trato del personal. ¡Repetiríamos sin duda!
