Great location right on the water front less than one minute walk to restaurants. Perfect.

− Property was not ready for us on arrival (issue with booking agent advising property owner) called the owner Spiros and he was there in 10 mins to sort it buying us a beer while we waited.

− Little to no hot water. Could’ve done with microwave and maybe a clothe drying rack. No internet

The location is amazing

− The washing machine needs cleaning and maintenance. The shower needs maintenance. Some light bulbs need replacing.

Great location, good bed, nice shower with a view.

− The aircon is very noisy and batteries in remote were dead. Tv did not work. No safe, though advertised (and we had unexpected cleaners in the house) No flyscreens in windows. Toilet keeps running and toilet seat was loose. There is a washingmachine but no drying rack. An ironing board but no iron. We spent a day without electricity but because the fusebox is painted shut we did not realise it was within the house. There is a fridge, plus a broken fridge, a kettle plus a broken kettle, a frying pan with no coating left. The balcony is nice in evening but in daytime to bright, no shade. Also building site next door 7 days a week from 7 till 4. This is the only thing that nobody can help. Everything else should be better for that price. I would put more photos but can only put 4.

Comfortable beds.

− The location was good, but we were not warned of the noisy and very dusty building work going on next to the apartment, renovating the factory. The facilities in the apartment are basic.
