adequate for what we needed,however overpriced for what it is at the present moment.

− cracked toilet seat upstairs,wifi non existent, strong foul smell from kitchen sink drainhole, very low water pressure making toilet flushing difficult,end of bed top frame kept falling off in smaller bedroom,allotted parking space in front of house tight due neighbours parking over it, general decor needs freshing up,
