10.0− That the power was completely off when we got there with no information that it was off or that we had to turn it on at the power box. It also meant the fridge was not on when we arrived to put our groceries in.

7.0The unit space itself was lovely. Easy access to beach and quiet street. Real estate staff were very helpful.
− Air conditioning unit failing to work during our stay made for the unit to become quite hot across the week. Didn't realise bbq facilities were in a communal space. I thought the way it read the unit had its own.
