9.0House was perfect for a weekend stay. Colleagues over for a work conference. Location handy.
− One bathroom is difficult for larger number of guests
Served its purpose for being reasonably priced and in a good location.
4.0The beds were comfortable, good location and reasonably priced.
− The property is very tired looking with some broken furniture and a broken fridge. The water pressure in the property was poor and wardrobes are unusable due to being full of bed linen. The carpets were also filthy and it the property smelt damp.

8.0Beds and kitchen were good. Shower was ok. Short walk to shops like Lidl, on a bus route
− As there were a lot of us, a second toilet would have been good but we knew when we booked it that there was only one. Could have done with another chair in the living area, in the photos there was seating for more people, it was missing an armchair.

9.0Very helpful owner, great location and the house had everything we could've needed for our stay. Very clean and all 6 of us slept comfortably and will definitely book again next time we visit family in Belfast. Thank you very much.
