10.0I recently went perak for my kids' tournament at UTP. I and my family stayed at the homestay near UTP.It was a three-days-twonight stay. The booking can be made through Booking.com .the location is very convenient for food laundry and buy things.We found out this place it could easily fit a family of four and more. The decorations of the house look elegant, beautiful, and very clean. It houses three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a living room but no waterheater.(still can manage hope next trip got water heater☺)I would 100% recommend this homestay to all friends and family members.The Host Ms Rahayu is very kind, good,friendly and fast response to all my inquiry .This is my 2nd time in perak. It is easy to check in and check out.

− 1)Room no 2 & 3 only have 1 single bed. 2)sink water drain clogged 3)toilet no 1 door cant close 4)toilet no 2 bulb blowed. 5)toilet no 2 shower water leak. 6)kitchen door cant close 7)no blind/curtain at balcony grill. 8)pillows in room no 1 are no confortable at all.

− Most of the facilities are not functional. The fans in the room are not working, and the door to go to the toilet is locked and had to be unlocked manually by me without any help from the owner.
