One of the most amazing places we've ever stayed! It has everything you could need for a relaxing vacation — a spectacular view, a big yard, a lovely pool, and so much more that makes your stay comfortable. Super friendly hosts! If we ever come back to Corfu, we'd choose this cottage again without any hesitation.

A truly magical place. Absolutely stunning views, and the house is gorgeous. Lots of little touches, clearly a lot of thought has gone into ensuring that all needs are accommodated. We didn't want to leave! Would highly recommend.

The property is wonderfully secluded and immaculately restored. The views across the island cannot be described - they are breathtaking. We received a warm welcome and a generous welcome pack. Everything was perfect.

− The driveway takes some getting used to, but we were very confident with it after a day or two. My main problem with the holiday is that Booking.con failed to honour their price match guarantee.

Location, has to be seen to be believed. Literally on top of a cliff with a view of the sunset worth the trip alone. The view is akin to a renaissance painting, just sublime. The stone house, part of a group of seven stone houses (the Fourni Village) has a soul of its own. We felt alone up there, in a very good sense. The architecture of the entire village si authentic and unspoiled. Once inside, you feel like in a house that is actually lived; there is even a stereo, a collection of incredible good music, and books in several languages. Nothing is missing. The terraces offer plenty of places to chill, dine or just enjoy a conversation. The pool area is larger that the pictures suggest. The owner, Matina, was extremely helpful and friendly throughout our stay. We were picked up in Acharavi by one of the hosts helpers, so don't worry about finding it even if remote. Even if it is a 13 minute car ride to Acharavi you will not notice it. From there, we were able to explore almost all of the beaches in the northern half of the island.

− Well, hard to say. The dirt acces road, splitting from the main road, even if narrow, is manageable, even with a long saloon car. However, if you do not wish the extra stress, come with a compact car, as turning is quite tight. Experienced drivers should not have any problems though. The wood floors between the upper level and the ground floor are not sound proof and can be quite squeaky. As the house is well kept in its authentic architecture, this was not really an issue for us. Consider it when arranging guests. This is not really a complaint.
