− Appartement ayant besoin de rénovation: tapis taché, barre de serviette arrachée, poignées qui restent dans les mains, internet qui ne fonctionnait pas à notre arrivée, vaisselle sale et insuffisante, pas de savon pour le lave-vaisselle et pas de terrasse malgré ce qui était inscrit dans la description de Booking.

− The apartment failed to meet basic standards to include the following: 1) The overall cleanliness and maintenance were well below expectations. 2) Some curtains were broken and didn’t block sunlight, affecting our sleep. 3) There were exposed wires posing safety hazards.
