10.0雖然住宿的景色會受天氣的影響,但房間看出去的視野很好,附近5分鐘內有大創,還有2家便利商店,還有很多餐廳，很方便。適合想搭松島纜車、慢活度假，若要順便逛其他景點，就必須坐計程車出去。
