8.0Locations friendly staff and all round lovely hotel
− One thing I will say is maybe 2 pillows per person and also the mattress were hard
not great
5.0no breakfast the hotel is located in one of the worst parts of dublin citycentre
− windows dont open { fire hazard) no sprinklers in rooms or hallways extremely cheap mattress very uncomfortable soft pillows that provide no support tean and coffee only available downstairs even if you are on the 5th floor

− The staff were unhelpful more interested in looking at screens than working with customers. Bed very uncomfortable....it's fine like a travel lodge but more expensive

5.0Cleanliness and location.
− Indifferent attitude by staff, narrow room space and bed, lack of desk. No remote control for AC as well. Overall, highly overpriced for what you get...

Please bring a passport or government issued photo ID along with a credit card for the lead guest.
Check-in is from 3pm, with early check-in available from 11am for a fee, subject to availability. Check-out is by 10am, with late check-out available until 1pm for a fee, also subject to availability. Please check with reception upon arrival.
