8.0Fourth floor, great view. Very clean. Perfect for a solo traveler since the room is about 130sq ft. There are restaurants on the ground floor, but the noise wasn’t too bad.
− No wifi! Since I’m from the US, my international data use was limited and reduced to 2G. Luckily I had my old phone and bought a local SIM card so that I could use my GPS and apps.

− I did not like the noise from works downstairs - I was living like in the construction site ... every morning, from very early works start ....so I can not rest at all.
