1.0We reserved the accommodation for almost 3 weeks and the paid ,on the day of the check in we got cancellation just 3 hours before checking in🤨
Very comfortable and premium stay. This will definitely be my go to for visits or to recommend to friends.
9.0I enjoyed the aesthetics and design of the property. Quality furniture gives the property an upmarket feel and construction of the building felt premium. Breakfast was enjoyable and kept aside if you missed serving time which was thoughtful. The rooms are nice and spacious with air cons. The pool was also a nice plus. I appreciated the semi self-catering amenities.
− Not necessarily a dislike but they seem to be short-staffed. Although the lady on duty was very helpful you did get the sense that you were adding to her load because she seems to basically do everything from cooking, cleaning, laundry and reception which is a lot of for one person. That being said she met and exceeded expectation. The shower was a bit dirty with hair and sand, not a lot but enough to be put off. The pool also had a bit of debris. And hot water would run out and considering the property was fully booked during our stay there should have been better planning around that.
