10.0L’appartement était comme sur les photos, très bien situé à à peine 5min de la plage. Tout était rassemblé pour que notre séjour se passe à merveille. L’hôte est extrêmement bienveillant et fait tout pour que vous passiez un bon séjour

− Durante nuestra estancia tuvimos varios inconvenientes que afectaron nuestra experiencia. En primer lugar, el código de acceso al alojamiento fue cambiado sin previo aviso. Una de las noches llegamos tarde y, como no hay recepcionista durante la noche, nos quedamos fuera del edificio sin poder ingresar hasta solucionar la situación. Esto nos generó un gran inconveniente y consideramos que una modificación tan importante debería haberse comunicado con antelación. Además, uno de los servicios anunciados e incluidos en la reserva era el uso de la lavadora. Sin embargo, durante toda nuestra estancia no pudimos utilizarla, por lo que no se cumplió con uno de los servicios ofrecidos al momento de realizar la reserva. Nos envió la dirección de una lavandería pero la verdad no fuimos porque nos pareció más molesto .

− It was hot inside, but the apartment was new and I was told air conditioning was going to be installed soon. Also opening the windows and the door in the evening fixed the situation after airing it out.
