Wonderful stay it was perfect.

Nice but a few things holding it back from being great.
7.0Clean and on a quite road. Location was very good. The lady was very helpful in accommodating our slightly earlier arrival and in looking after our bags for a few hours on our departure.
− The air con unit was a bit small for the room I think and only went down to 19°C. It took a very long time for the room temperature to come down when we'd get back to the room. Breakfast was OK but we weren't told that we could order some simple cooked options. We spotted a small breakfast menu on the side on our last day and asked, to be told that we could! Frustrating as we would of ordered something on the previous days, rather than settling for cooked meat and cheese, if this had been explained at check in or when we had our first breakfast. Even if the menu had been placed on the table. They also ran out of bread one morning, so we didn't have enough for us both and we had to ask for yoghurts on one day (they had been put out the first day).

7.0Location was incredible! We were going to the Wednesday Papal audience and it was SO convenient being so closely located.
− Communication wasn't super quick. Didn't fully read the room selection and was a little tricked that the "King room" doesn't have a king bed. That's more on me though!
