9.0La posizione è molto comoda a 10 minuti a piedi dalla piazza skanderberg e a 5 dalla grande moschea. le stanze sono molto pulite e c'è il rispetto per il silenzio nelle stanze. lo staff è molto gentile. Ci sono già stata 3 volte e ci ritornerei.

1.0One of hotel members was ultra nice - the guy in glasses,
− Bed bugs, an attempted bribe, and disrespectful staff Woke up on night one covered in bedbug bites, along with other guests in my room. Staff first claimed it was “mosquitoes,” until we showed them blood stains on the wall and a dead bedbug - one guest even saw a live one. They eventually refunded the room cost but refused to cover the medication I bought for the bites. Even after knowing about the infestation, they still sold a bed in that same room to a new guest. I warned that person myself, and they switched rooms because of it - not because the hostel said anything. They then offered me €10 in cash specifically to not leave a negative review on Booking.com - an attempt to buy my silence instead of fixing the problem. They also claimed this was a “first-time” issue, which is untrue - other reviews here mention the same problem, and I spoke with other guests who’d had it too. Pest control was only called after I insisted. The manager arrived without introducing himself, opened with an aggressive “what’s your problem?”, and kept calling me “bro” in a dismissive, unprofessional tone. Avoid this hostel.
