Last-minute cancellation of a confirmed booking disrupted our journey.
1.0Unfortunately, due to the last-minute cancellation of our confirmed booking, we were unable to experience the property we had originally selected. As a result, the positive aspects of our planned stay were not realised.
− The most disappointing aspect was that the booking was initially confirmed by the host, only for us to be contacted nearly two hours later and informed that the property was no longer available. This occurred while we were already travelling, leaving us in a difficult position and forcing us to find alternative accommodation at short notice.
