Wunderschöne, stilvolle Ferienwohnung in Toplage

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt in dieser Ferienwohnung außerordentlich genossen. Die Ausstattung ist modern, hochwertig und bis ins Detail durchdacht – von der komfortablen Einrichtung über die gepflegten Räume bis hin zu den vielen kleinen Extras, die den Aufenthalt besonders angenehm machen. Die ruhige Lage und die herzliche Gastfreundschaft der Gastgeber haben unseren Eindruck zusätzlich verstärkt. Man merkt, wie viel Wert darauf gelegt wird, ein wirklich stimmiges und wohltuendes Gesamtpaket zu bieten. Vielen Dank für diese wunderbare Zeit – wir kommen sehr gerne wieder PS - wir hatten Apartment 3 gebucht - natürlich Apartment mit Sauna ist noch schöner

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Alles ist sehr sauber und modern Die integrierte Sauna hat uns besonders gut gefallen. Hier kann man nach einem Tag am Strand super entspannen. Die Lage des Hauses ist perfekt, direkt an der Strandpromenade und am Strand. In ein paar Gehminuten ist man im Zentrum, Läden oder Restaurants.

Tolle Lage: Direkt an der Promenade, ca. 100 m zum Strand, nur wenige Gehminuten ins Zentrum und zum Bäcker. Großer Balkon: Viel Platz zum Sitzen und Entspannen. Moderne Ausstattung: Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, mit Fußbodenheizung und einem schönen Badezimmer mit großer Dusche und viel Abstellfläche. Gut ausgestattete Küche: Viele Utensilien vorhanden (mit kleinen Einschränkungen, siehe unten). Wäscheständer vorhanden – praktisch für Strandhandtücher etc. Parkplatz inklusive: Zwar etwas eng und schlecht beschildert, aber immerhin vorhanden.

− WLAN/Internet sehr schlecht: Für heutige Standards unzureichend – Streaming, Arbeiten oder selbst Surfen kaum möglich. Waschmaschine kostet extra: Obwohl in der Beschreibung enthalten, nur gegen Aufpreis nutzbar – zudem im Keller. Kommunikation mangelhaft: zuerst keine Antwort über Booking (Nachfrag zur Waschmaschine, Nachfrage, ob zahlung erhalten wurde), kein persönlicher Empfang bei Anreise, obwohl zur angegebenen Zeit da waren, keine Infos zur Abreise o.ä., die Gastgeberin sollte sich wohl einen anderen Beruf suchen, wenn Feriengäste und deren Fragen so nervig sind Nur ein Schlüssel: Für zwei Personen oder Familien unpraktisch. Zusatzkosten: Kurtaxe sowie Waschmaschine und Parkplatz kosten extra – nicht alles im Preis Fehlende Ausstattung: Keine Mülltüten, kein Salz, kein Pfeffer oder andere Grundausstattung. Gläser, Geschirrtuch und Klammern für den Wäscheständer fehlten. Kaum Ablage- und Ladeflächen für technische Geräte (z. B. Handy, Laptop). Keine praktischen Ablagemöglichkeiten oder zusätzliche Stühle.

Sehr schöne Wohnung, alles was man braucht war vorhanden. Was nicht gut war, dass auf den Terrassen und Balkonen geraucht werden durfte. Ab morgens um 5 Uhr war für uns die Nacht vorbei, der Nachbar rauchte oder hustete auf dem Balkon, es zog alles ins Schlafzimmer, fürchterlich. Da müssten auf dem Gelände Raucherecken eingerichtet werden, ich fand es einfach wiederlich.
