− No mini bar in the room & not allowed to sign the bills to room account. Bad to pay in cash or card every time

− Breakfast on the variety needs to improved with different types of cuisine. The bathroom was clogged on the first day but was improved quickly once a complaint was made

− The room needs refurbishing. The windows need serious cleaning. The city view from the room is fantastic, but the stained windows will deter you from looking outside.
My day was pleasant. Had a great time in this hotel. I just I need to fix those little issues they have in the room.

− My bedsheets had stains, they never changed the sheets and put it back again like it was clean. The showerhead in room 807 need to be fixed.
