It is so close the beach and the house has a great view. The owner has a good communication. Everything is perfect but maybe I can suggest who wants to stay in there, put some small things like salt, herbal, dishwasher tablet etc.

The size, layout, and furnishings of the villa were perfect for us. The view of the sea was breathtaking. The peace and quiet at night was incredible. The beach and restaurants was easily accessible with a short downhill walk. We would love to come back again in the future.

− The key box wasn't working. After a phone call, the buildung supervisor arrived within 5 minutes and fixed it. Yes, the contact with the owners was also great.

Excellent retreat location in Vrachos. Highly recommend it!

Villa Naturaleza is the place you would like to go if you want the experience of a retreat. Located few hundred meters from the beach on a hill, you will get the morning and evening walk in the middle of nature. The large house with 2 bedrooms and a stunning view plus the olive trees farm next to it helped us disconnect and recharge truly. We highly recommend the place!

− You need to plan ahead the food shopping, as Lidl is about 30 minutes drive from the location and the supermarkets nearby do not have a large variety of goods.

We had a wonderful stay here and would love to come back again.

Villa Naturaleza ist located about 450m uphill from Loutsa Beach. Its sourrounded bey thousand of olive-trees, no other houses, no neighbours, all the peaceful area ist completly yours. No noise from civilization, only some singinging birds and insects and the continous noise of the waves hitting the beach. Sitting on the terrace for breakfast or watching the sunset towards the western Paxos-islands with the view on the olive-trees and the ocean, no buildings are visible or blocking the view - fantastic ! In the everning it is so fascinating: stars and milky way so full of contrast as there is nearly no light pollution. We enjoyed so much this villa with its own big garden with olive trees, orange trees and flowers. In the kitchen, there is a very big refrigriter with seperated big deep-freezer, we could easily put everthing inside, a big water melon, several big bottles of Limonade, beers and icecream for sure. After meal the dish washer helped a lot. We washed our clothes easily with the washing machine. All windows are strongly secured and equipped with fly screens, not bugs or mosquitos coming in. We parked the car inside the very big private place, an extra gate at the properties entrance is giving extra shelter. Whenever we had questions, the host was answering very fast. Down hill at the beach there are a lot of restaurants. For sitting on the beach we only needed to buy some drinks or small food and therefore could use the umbrella and the chairs for free the whole day. Weather was perfect for our 2 weeks in mid of October: with about 23 degrees not to warm and not to cold. The water was still pretty warm and mostly very quiet. The sand is gold and fine. We are a family of 2 adults and a 14 year old daughter. We always use rental cars and do all the cooking in private by ourselves, shopping in local supermarkets.

− Everything perfect, nothing to improve. The Villa Naturaleza was exactly the way we like to spent our holidays.

Located in natural environment, close to the beach. Fantastic, unbelievable view of the Ionian sea.

The location is ideal, settled in natural environment and very close to the beach. The villa as well as the yard are very spacious. Very well equipped, has all necessities you may think of and decorated with great taste.
