9.0Ruim, modern appartement met mooie inrichting en de basis voorzieningen zijn al aanwezig., zodat je niet veel extra's zelf mee hoeft te nemen.
− In de zomer is het erg warm binnen en dan mis je wel een airco of ventilatoren.

− Etwas wenig Tassen und Geschirr. Ausgelegt für 6 Personen. Also ausreichend, wenn man immer die Spülmaschine laufen lässt.

− Einziges Manko: dass man durch das dritte Schlafzimmer muss, um zum Wintergarten/auf die Terrasse zu gelangen

8.0الشقة عبارة عن دور أول كامل فوق شركة شحن ولها مدخل خاص ومالكها هورست شخصية محترمة طيبه متعاون ويحاول كسب رضاء العميل والشقة عبارة عن ثلاثة غرف وحمام ونصف مع صالة طعام وجلسة في السطح مقسومه الى نصفين نصف مغلق والآخر مفتوح والأثاث في الشقة جديد ونظيف وراقي
− مكان الاقامة في وسط منطقة صناعية وفي الصباح يبدأ عمل الشاحنات لايوجد مصعد مما يصعب نقل الحقائب الى الدور الاول الانترنت ضعيف الموقف في الشارع
