Amabilitatea proprietarului , curatenia , linistea la locatie , locul de parcare pe care il gasesti langa locatie fara stres . Utilat cu tot ce trebuie .

− Scara de bloc care este intr-un contrast negativ cu apartamentul . Nu este vina proprietarului dar este ceva negativ.
