I was disappointed with the communication in regards to the hot bath and we sort of had to rearrange the couch in order
5.0It was in a beautiful location, seeing the mountains in the background was surreal
− They didn’t get back to me about setting up the hot bath outside, they said it would take too long although we had plenty of time. There was no tv or basic things like tea and sugar . Heating at night time wasn’t the best

− Calefont al exterior implica que no se puede utilizar duchas en todo horario. Esto genera un problema si se requiere madrugar. Sería bueno mejorar
Estancia tranquila en Villa Cerro Castillo
9.0La habitación era muy amplia, con unos ventanales enormes con vistas a la montaña y al bosque. La ubicación a las afueras de Villa Cerro Castillo era muy tranquila. El personal fue muy atento con nosotros y nos solucionaron rápido un problema que tuvimos con el agua caliente.

− Le logement n'était pas très propre, l'espace commun n'était pas chauffé avant notre arrivé, le personnel l’a allumé à notre demande mais nous n’avons pas eu suffisamment de bois pour la nuit du coup très froid au réveil et pas de chauffage d'appoint !
