Very disappointing stay due to lack of basic facilities

− How is it acceptable to welcome guests and then forget to ensure there is hot water? We did not have any hot water and heating for the first night. Please try to understand the situation — when you travel with your family to spend quality time in nature, you expect comfort. Instead, we arrived to an extremely cold property with no heating or hot water, and everything felt broken in bathroom. It was honestly shocking. Instead of a peaceful stay, this experience caused us significant stress and disappointment.

10.0It was clean tidy and had all the facilities you need and close to everything u could possibly beds were very comfortable
− Only complaint would be is it’s directly opposite a pub which on a Friday with people leaving was a little noisy but to be more than expected considering we are in the centre of town it didn’t effect our stay at all and the children in the back room couldn’t hear a peep slept soundly
