9.0Really central location. Within an easy walk to the train station and shops/restaurants, as well as the beach. The property was well furnished and very comfortable. Very easy to follow entry instructions.

10.0This is the cleanest apartment that I have visited. There were also cleaning supplies, hair dryer, garbage bags, sponges, etc. The communication with the owner was easy - during the first day the water went off but after a quick call everything went back to normal. I'm very pleased and I strongly recommend it!
− The building is probably not so well isolated and we could hear every person walking up and down the stairs, very often with heels.

− There is no light in front of the building, in the evening it is very difficult to reach the entrance in the dark.
