7.0Casa pulita e spaziosa. Posizione abbastanza centrale ( a 10 min a piedi dalla metro) anche se la strada un po isolata e paurosa di notte.
− C’è solo acqua fredda purtroppo ci siamo dovuti lavare con acqua ghiacciata nonostante il freddo, la caldaia non funziona sono anche venuti a controllare dicendo che usciva l’acqua calda ma non è stato così. Riscaldamenti non funzionano. Non è stata data la biancheria completa per 4 persone e nemmeno il tappeto doccia. Un supplemento di 40€ per lasciare i bagagli per qualche ora in più é un po esagerato considerando il tenore di vita che si tiene lì.

9.0La colazione non era prevista, ci aspettavamo almeno 2 bottigliette d’acqua. Arredamento e spazi, oltrechè le prese di corrente, tantissime
− Alcuni telecomandi mancavano di pile, il bagno molto piccolo anche se funzionale. Peccato non esseee riuscito ad usare la macchina del caffè …

10.0The apartment was modern, stylish, and very cozy, located right in the heart of Sofia just a 7-minute walk from the main attractions. Communication with the host was excellent, and the detailed self check-in instructions made everything smooth and easy. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place for a city break in Sofia.
Todo perfecto excepto la salida, que nos trataron realmente mal.
8.0El apartamento estaba fenomenal, muy bien situado, y muy limpio y cómodo. Necesitamos salir media hora más tarde que la ampliación que nos hacían al pagar el lateral check out, y nos pusieron muchas facilidades ( excepto la persona que vino a limpiar, que nos trató francamente mal)
− A pesar de habernos dado muchas facilidades para salir más tarde, a la hora prevista exacta, entró la señora de la limpieza a echarnos. Teníamos todo entró la puerta pero estábamos recogiendo lo que habíamos fregado. Nos echó sin contemplaciones tratándonos fatal, y no nos dejó ni esperar dentro del portal a que mi marido acercara en coche, que estaba aparcado al lado. Una pena.
