Расположение квартиры удобное,почти в центре. Квартира пригодна для длительного проживания.

− Уборка была сделана не качественно: на полу пыль и волосы.Постельное бельё старое и застиранной.Подушки срочно надо поменять-твердые,как камень!

The appartment is close to the train and bus central station. We recommend visiting local brewery Papa beer on the way to/from train or bus station. We appreciated washing machine and small balcony where we could hang our wet clothes. It was great to have air condition in living room and bedroom. Kitchen was quite well equiped.

− We had to ask information about check-in the day of our arrival, because we didn't get any from the host. The host only sent us message where we were asked to send our names, number of ID etc. because of administration. One hour later the host assured us that appartment will be ready "about 14 o'clock". But still no code or further information about check-in. At 14:10 we wrote that we've arrived to Burgas (we were already there from 13:15 and waited for the check-in time). No answer. At 15:00 we wrote again, still no answear from the host. When we were in front of the building we called the host, she answered the phone and more than one hour of waiting and no communication from host we could finally enter the appartment. The host said she sent information in time, but she sent it via WhatsApp after we called her. Via Booking we received check-in information the day of our departure... One hour doesnt sound like a big deal, but waiting with the luggage not knowing if you have a place to stay, host suddenly ghosting you, is not a good feeling, but it somehow affected the whole stay.

A truly great apartment not far from the railway/bus station with easy access to the center. On the morning of arrival we received clear instructions on how to enter. The apartment is spotlessly clean, with huge and fully equipped kitchen for preparing meals. The beds were super comfortable, the aircon was working perfectly, The bathroom super clean. Everything was really great in the apartment. Communication with host is easy. We had a great time in the apartment. Cannot comment on parking as we were not with car, but it was a quiet street with ample parking spaces in the area. Really recommended, pictures are 100% trustworthy, thank you for hosting us

Very good location and polite host.

− It wasn’t as clean as I expected. Also there was a bit of a strong smell of food seasoning and strong perfume in the apartment. Otherwise it was good.

公寓的位置很方便，距离长途汽车站和海滩都很近，公寓里设施齐全，有需要的一切，像家一样舒适。
