9.0The location was stunning. Overlooking the canal was endlessly enjoyable. Silvia was a wonderful host. Any issue raised was dealt with promptly and without question - and we only had two issues in our month long stay. The apartment was quiet overnight with no noise from outside (only a little at night from the next door apartment through one wall). I would stay again and have already recommended it to friends in Europe. There were efficient heat pumps and the wifi was excellent. We were comfortable and felt completely safe. The kitchen had all that was needed. It was a perfect location to enjoy what Chioggia has to offer. A great variety of restaurants and bars, well stocked supermarkets, specialty shops (including a wonderful butchery) and the excellent fishmarket. Getting the water ferry to Venice was easy and a great outing. The Thursday market was an experience with a huge variety of quality goods and everday items. It was easy to walk to Santa Marina. A wonderful apartment, with a great host is a lovely place.
− There was an issue with odor from the drains in the bathrooms for the first few days. Not unexpected in Europe however, but not pleasant. We just shut the doors, aired the bathrooms and got air fresheners.

10.0Ypatingai nuostabus mietelis su mielais ir paslaugiais vietiniais gyventojais. Apartamentai buvo tvarkingi ir švarūs. Pro langus atsiveria nuostabi miesto panorama ir vaizdai į vandens kanalą. Šeimininkė labai maloni ir paslaugi. Viskas pranoko lūkesčius.

10.0Tolle Wohnung im Herzen von Chioggia. Direkt am Kanal mit toller Aussicht. Silvia ist eine herzliche Gastgeberin. Sie hat uns vorab eine Berechtigung für die ZTL organisiert. So konnten wir unser Gepäck fast vor der Haustür ausladen 😀 Mit dem Touran ging das noch. Bei größeren Autos ist Vorsicht geboten, denn die Gassen sind eng. Restaurantliste mit Empfehlungen liegt auf und kommt auch per WhatsApp. Insgesamt ist die Kommunikation mit Silvia einfach und sie bemüht sich sehr, den Aufenthalt perfekt zu gestalten. Weiter so Silvia und vielen Dank!
