10.0Anne was the perfect host. She welcomed me and did her utmost to make my stay comfortable, even asking me what milk I prefer 🙂

10.0Great location fifteen minutes walk from the city centre with free parking. Exceptionally clean and comfortable. Our host Anne was very friendly and helpful. Tasty, healthy breakfast with proper coffee. Our stay at Homestay enhanced our visit to Norwich.
Anne was a very friendly and welcoming host and we had some very interesting conversations.
10.0Delicious home made granola, various fruits and nuts, a choice of other healthy cereals, good coffee, bread and various spreads for breakfast. A great change from the usual unhealthy fry up offered at most b&b's. Quiet location. We stayed here in very hot weather, but Anne kindly provided us with a powerful and quiet fan which we kept on during the night.
Wonderful welcoming place
9.0Anne‘s place immediately felt like home. She‘s a wonderful, attentive host. The room was quiet, with a nice view of the green garden and an interesting selection of books. I will definitely return the next time I visit Norwich.
− For me this was perfect. For travellers who prefer their accomodations generic and sterile it is probably too much a home.

10.0We loved our stay with Anne! She is an incredible host! Although this was the first time we stayed with her, it felt as though we were visiting a friend. She is considerate, helpful and accommodating. Our room and the whole property, including the bathroom were perfect - clean, comfortable and very pleasant. Breakfast was delicious and ample, and everything is fresh and gluten free.
