Lage war super und Ausstattung. Gastgeberin sehr freundlich, unkompliziert und hat schnell reagiert

− Schlafzimmer hat ein Dachfenster das sich nur elektrisch öffnen lässt. Der Mechanismus war kaputt - soll aber repariert werden. Ich hab trotzdem Probleme, wenn ich nicht aus dem Fenster schauen kann. Ist aber eine persönliche Sache. Parken ist nur an öffentlichen Parkplätzen möglich. Es gibt einen kostenlosen ganz in der Nähe - war für uns problemlos

We arrived in Burghausen tired and a little disoriented after a long day of travel from the US. We were not aware that the next day was a holiday when all the shops would be closed. When we came in to the train station we were thinking of walking to the apartment, which really is a lovely walk once you know your way around, but we had the delightful and unexpected gift of being greeted at the station, taken to the market before closing and welcomed to the apartment by the charming Elfriede. The apartment has comfortable beds, very nice common areas, a well-stocked kitchen, and a beautiful balcony with seating, flowers, and a view of the river. There were games, books and a desk for our 3 year old. This place is in the old city, right around the corner from the lake, and just down the hill from the castle. The city has some hills, but you can walk everywhere. Our host invited us to a local celebration the next day in the park where we enjoyed meeting some of Elfriede's many friends. We loved the conversation, live music, beer and vibrant community. Many people, including the mayor, swam in the cold water. We couldn't have imagined a more wonderful time in Burghausen. Thank you to the beautiful Elfriede!

Sehr gute Lage, alles in der Altstadt zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Blick vom Balkon direkt auf die Salzach ist auch sehr schön. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, insb. für Kinder. Es gibt einen Kinderstuhl, Spielzeug, Kinderbücher und einen extra Tisch & Stühle in Kindergröße.

Die Lage war perfekt für uns (wir nahmen an einer Veranstaltung teil, die in der nur 5 Minuten entfernten Jugendherberge stattfand). Auf der einen Seite hat man Blick auf die Salzach (direkt vor dem Fenster), auf der anderen Seite befindet sich die hübsche historische Gasse, die sehr ruhig ist, da nur für Anrainer befahrbar. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet, man kann sich also Frühstück usw. zubereiten, und es gibt auch einen wettergeschützten Balkon, der benützt werden kann.
