10.0Very nice place, a nice little walk to the beach outlet and beautiful view of the ocean from the top deck. The house is bright, sunny and beautiful. Felt very safe and comfortable. Goregeous Hydrangea bush by the front door. My adult kids played corn-hole and we used the BBQ a few times. Everything was great. And the owners were great at communicating with us prior to arrival and during our stay. Would love to come back.

10.0We LOVED it! It was so clean and airy, absolutely filled with amenities. Fun gift bag and very good instructions for cleaning, etc. The beds were comfortable, loved the roomy dining table and living room. It was perfect for us, 2 couples with 3 teenage girls. The room with 3 single beds was awesome. Loved the deck upstairs. Only weird things were bathrooms were only accessible through 2 of the bedrooms, but we worked it out. Also no dishwasher. Good Oceanview, but quite a walk through the hobbit trail and over several dunes, not for the elderly or those with struggles. Beautiful beach though! We would definitely stay there again!

10.0Wow!! My family had a blast. This home has everything you could possibly need or want for a beach trip. Great views, very clean, and nicely furnished. Hosts Kathy and Mike are super friendly and very speedy with any questions you may have.

9.0Plenty of room, loved all the outdoor decks.
− The printed instructions made check out seem onerous (wash, dry and fold sheets prior to checkout at 10 am). Missed an email from the hosts that said to just to start a load of sheets in the wash if possible before checkout (much more reasonable!) Hobbit walk to the beach was a little too long and adventurous for my bug-phobic kids.
