2.0Got a refund despite the ‘not refundable’ condition.
− Booked this property and travelled there only to find that they had NO ROOM available despite what Booking.com indicated. It was VERY annoying as it was getting late, I had my very elderly mum with me and we needed somewhere to rest for the night urgently.
