With a large enclosed garden it was spot on for our G-children to run about & go on the swigs/slide with loads of space for the adults. It was central to other towns& beaches & quiet. The kids loved the hot-tub as you can guess. The kitchen was huge with an island having all pots/pans/accessories/cups/plates you could want with a range to cook on. There were many bedrooms for us all (12 inc 5 G-kids). On leaving we seen the owner & asked her if she knew of a place for a cream tea, well she didn’t disappoint by telling us about the “storm in a teacup” brilliant & my Father’s Day treat🤩

Big property with lots of space for large family, well equipped and everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Great garden for dogs and children . Great location for beach, pubs, restaurants, takeout and stores

− The garden furniture was uncomfortable and lose bolts made it difficult to sit on . Ground floor bedroom mattress very hard to sleep on.

Great house for a group. Host was super helpful. All rooms were comfortable and well equipped. We had a fabulous stay.

Its position

− One en-suite, 1 downstairs loo and one bathroom upstairs so 2 toilets for 8 people? Only one bathmat for 3 showers. Great weather but apart from 2 rickety and unstable picnic tables there were no outdoor seats. Kitchen well equiped but only 2 tea towels. Lawn was mown on Saturday but totally overgrown when we arrived on the Friday - lack of thought?

Great house to enjoy a few days with a large family

The downstairs space was ideal for a large family. Hot tub was a great success with the children and adults. Lovely flat garden. Large bedrooms. Kitchen well stocked

− Some of the paintwork needed updating…downstairs bedroom in particular. Mirror needed in downstairs en suite.

Perfect for a family retreat and get together.

The location was perfect for our needs - access to Braunton, and the house was gorgeous. There were 9 of us and 2 dogs, so plpenty of space for us to all be together, or break off into smaller groups - including the hot tub. Also, very well equipped with plenty of crockery and cups. Lisa was exceptionally friendly and helpful - thank you!
