6.0This property has everything you need if you're looking for somewhere practical and functional. It's only a 5-minute walk from Palić Lake, the beach, bars, and restaurants, which makes the location very convenient. However, it's listed as an entire property, when in fact it's only the upstairs apartment, as the owner lives downstairs. I think this should be made clear in the listing. The neighbouring dogs were very loud and barked aggressively. To be honest, it felt quite intimidating walking to and from the property because they are right next door, and it seemed as though they could get out at any time. The property also doesn't have a BBQ or a garden/backyard, and there is another very loud dog nearby, so it may not be ideal if you're looking for a peaceful stay. That said, if you're looking for a more affordable place compared with other accommodation in Palić, this is a good option.
− I didn't like the extremely loud, aggressive dogs or the fact that the listing doesn't clearly state that the owner lives downstairs.
